TERMS & CONDITIONS
The person or company to whom Partypicz Photo Booth Hire quotation/contract is addressed to is known as the client. Any Artist or service Contracted by Partypicz Photo Booth Hire on behalf of the client is known as the Supplier.
This contract states written confirmation by the client of the agreement made by the client and supplier/artist and will comprise acceptance of our quoted Charges and these terms.
Partypicz Photo Booth Hire requires written confirmation of all bookings and shall not secure suppliers or venues on behalf of the client unless such confirmation is received.
All services offered are subject to availability Partypicz Photo Booth Hire reserves the right to revise its quotation if the format or items booked are varied for any reason.
Unless by prior agreement or paying on receipt of invoice, a £100 deposit must be paid to secure a booking, the balance being due 14 days before the event.
Where a credit account has been arranged in advance settlement of this account is due thirty days from the date of invoice. Where no credit facilities exist between the client and Partypicz Photo Booth Hire, balance payment is due 14 days prior to the event date. Partypicz Photo Booth Hire reserve the right to charge interest equivalent to 1% per day above the base rate of TSB bank on invoice balances outstanding after fourteen days
Cancellations will result in the loss of any deposit paid, however a cancellation without at least 3 months notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the overall booking fee. Cancellations with between one and two months notice will result in a charge equal to 75% of the overall booking fee. Cancellations with less than 1 month notice will result in a charge equal to 100% of the overall booking fee. This must be enforced to allow Partypicz Photo Booth Hire to re-book the date. All cancellations must be advised in writing to Partypicz Photo Booth Hire, 101 Beaumont Road, Bournville, Birmignham. B30 2EB. The date of receipt of this written notification by Partypicz Photo Booth Hire will determine the cancellation charges applicable Once a booking has been confirmed Partypicz Photo Booth Hire may reserve a supplier’s time and services and they may refuse other bookings. Accordingly charges will be payable for any cancellation of a confirmed booking. Non-refunded deposits may be allowed against a future booking at our discretion.
Any deposit received for a booking will be retained in the event of cancellations.
Partypicz Photo Booth Hire will not be liable for venue cancellation charges or other fees non-related to the contract.
Loss And Damage
Any loss or damage to equipment or property or injury to persons in relation to or at an event will be the responsibility of the client and replacement costs will be charged in full.
The promoter/client exonerates Partypicz Photo Booth Hire from any liability costs or expense arising from the loss or damage to equipment or property or injury suffered by any person in connection with an event.
Artists and their services engaged by Partypicz Photo Booth Hire on behalf of and as agents for the client will always use their best endeavours to attend the function, however should the supplier be prevented from doing so for any reason outside their control Partypicz Photo Booth Hire will make every endeavour to provide a replacement service.
By entering into a contract with Partypicz, you are agreeing to the taking of Photographs at any Partypicz Photo Booth Hire event at which we may be present and to the use of any photographs in any promotional material for use by Partypicz Photo Booth Hire.
