We will start to set up the approximately an hour before the start time, and will remove the booth at the end of the hire time. Disco (where applicable) will be removed at the end of the disco. If you require setup or removal outside those times, please contact us about the idle time charge.

We will give notice of the booth closing so that the DJ can announce that "The photo booth will be closing in 30 minutes!". We will also ask for another announcement 15 minutes before closing the booth.

With our prom package & formal photography, our professional photographer will be there to take pictures of guests arriving, and then inside the venue, our mobile photo studio will be in place for guests to have their formal photographs taken either individually or in groups. Photos can be purchased on the night where they will be printed and mounted, and supplied in a clear cellophane bag. Prints are 9" x 6" and are sold at £10 per print.

You will also get our fantastic party booth for 3 hours which includes:

Our photographers will use their discretion in deciding on when to close the mobile studio. We will give 30 minutes notice of our intent to close the studio. If one is present, we will ask the DJ to announce that the photo studio will be closing in 30 minutes. We will also ask for another announcement 15 minutes before closing the studio. Should our announcements generate sufficient business, our photographers will keep the studio open longer at their discretion.

Our Bronze Disco package includes

  • Background music whilst evening guests arrive & during buffet
  • Disco suitable for up to 150 people approx

In order to secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit of £100 is required. After we have received notification of your payment, your booking will be confirmed.

We will send an invoice for the outstanding balance approximately one month before your event date. The balance must be paid no later than 14 days before your event
